Syrk: The Unification Wars

Hello everyone!
I decided that it'll make everything easier for me to post the daily-or-so mini-updates here instead of the Syrk forums. Of course, all the stuff (screenshots etc.) featured here will be available there, along with lots of extra content along the way. This is basically nothing but my personal dev blog as the project leader, but I can't stress enough that you should really check out our forums.
I'll put a small where-are-we update out now, then I get back to the school stuff I must do.
